We have been friends for over 14 years now. We met at a birthday party when our boys (Shannon’s oldest and Cindy’s youngest) were in preschool. From that moment on a friendship was forged that will never be broken. Together, we’ve watched our children grow, shared the happy and unhappy moments of family life…and now here we are…wondering who are we now? Life after children.

Shannon will celebrate her 20th wedding anniversary in April 2012. She is fortunate to have an incredible husband that supports and loves her and they have 3 beautiful kids together. Oldest is a 19 year, trying to figure out what he wants out of life. Princess is 16, an overachiever and enjoying her first boyfriend, ever. The baby is 15, academics come easily but he'd rather be on a baseball field. Bottom line, they are becoming more independent by the day, leaving her to ask, What do I do now?
